terms and conditions

- The commissioned art is for the client’s personal use only. Redistributing it for commercial purposes and/or claiming it was made by you is against the terms of service. I, as the artist, retain the rights to the artwork. I will not claim the characters within the artwork as mine, but the artwork itself is.

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I deem it uncomfortable, out of my skill range, or any other reason I deem fit.

- The amount of time taken to finish a commission can vary depending on the kind of commission requested, therefore I make it point to keep the client updated through each stage. Clean sketches may take less than a week, whereas fully rendered pieces will predictably take much longer.

- I strictly do not accept commissions with the intention of selling/minting them as NFTs, give permission to use them for NFTs, nor do I accept cryptocurrency as valid payment.

- Turnaround time tends to take, at most, a month. It may be longer if I'm preoccupied with other commisions/responsibilities

- I will not draw: mecha, animals, furries, offensive, controversial, or bigoted content, complex backgrounds, RPF, explicit NSFW.

- Please provide me with as much visual reference as you can (I encourage even a simple drawing of what you want!).

- Revisions during the sketch phase are free, but do let me know as soon as possible. Revisions after the fact will require an additional fee, depending on complexity.

- The finished piece will be sent to the specified email address given by the client in a PNG format.

payment

- I only accept payments through Paypal/Kofi/Artistree (USD; international & local), and GCash (PHP; local only).

- Payment must be paid in full upfront through invoice.

- Depending on the complexity of the piece, the pricing will adjust as needed.

- I do not allow refunds, with the exception if I feel I am somehow unable to complete the commission for whatever reason.

- These will be character commissions, and so will be drawn on a plain white background by default unless specified.
- Extra characters within a single piece will be 50% added to the base price.
- Depending on the complexity of the character's clothing, additional fees may be added.
- Big props (chairs, frames, etc) will be 10% added to the base price
